Abstract: 본 발명은 장수풍뎅이 누디바이러스(Oryctes rhinoceros nudivirus; OrNV) 배양용 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 장수풍뎅이 누디바이러스의 배양 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 방법에 따르면 산화제, 혈청 및 포도당(glucose) 농도 조절에 의한 숙주세포 내 산화적 스트레스와 영양제한이 유도되고, 이에 따라 바이러스 증식에 유리한 환경적 조건이 조성되므로, 이를 효과적으로 OrNV의 증식 및 세포모델의 확립에 이용할 수 있다. 또한 상기 방법을 이용하면 세포주에서 바이러스 배양이 용이하여 바이러스를 증식을 저해할 수 있는 조성물에 대한 신속한 스크리닝이 가능하고 바이러스에 반응하는 세포주에서 생체분자의 발현 패턴을 분석하여 바이러스 감염 기전을 제시할 수 있으며, 바이러스 질병으로 인한 사육곤충 농가의 경제적 피해를 줄일 수 있다.

Abstract: 본 고안은 누에 수거 작업의 손쉬운 처리를 위하여 개발된 생력형 누에 수거기에 관한 것으로, 본 고안에 의한 누에 수거기는 진공청소기의 원리를 이용하여 손잡이가 부착된 진공 호스를 착탈식 누에 수거함 및 모터가 장착된 누에 수거기 본체에 연결한 것이다. 본 고안에 의한 누에 수거기는 누에 수거시 누에의 파손을 막기 위하여 진공 호스부분의 굴곡부분을 보완하였으며, 바퀴를 달아 이동을 용이하게 하였다. 본 고안에 의한 누에 수거기는 기존의 방법으로 누에를 수거할 때와 동일한 품질을 유지하면서도 기존의 방법에 비해 처리시간을 단축시키고 노동력을 절감시켜 수거의 효율을 높일 수 있다.
