Abstract:
Antibiotics comprising eicosapentaenoic acid as an active ingredient are provided to inhibit growth of gram positive pathogenic bacteria and antibiotic-resistant strains commonly occurring in human and animals, and produce a large quantity of eicosapentaenoic acid by treating eicosapentaenoic acid derivatives obtained from the strain with a protein-decomposing enzyme. The antibiotics comprise an eicosapentaenoic acid as an active ingredient, wherein the daily dosage of eicosapentaenoic acid is 1-2 mg/kg, preferably 0.5-1 mg/kg. A Pseudomonas sp. CJM01(KCTC 10941BP) strain having antibiotic activity against gram positive bacteria produces the eicosapentaenoic acid and is isolated from the soil. The animal feed additives or microorganism sterilizer comprises Pseudomonas sp. CJM01(KCTC 10941BP) strain or Pseudomonas sp. CJM01(KCTC 10941BP) strain cultured medium.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for improving seed germination of rosa plants is provided to obtain high germination rate in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving seed germination of rosa plants is as follows. Seeds of rosa plant are harvested. The seeds of rosa plant are washed. The seed leaf and spermoderm part are cut in 20-90% without damaging the germ of the washed seed. The seeds are germinated. The sprouting condition is performed at 20-30 deg.C under 12-24 hour periodic illumination condition.
