Abstract:
본 발명은 신규한 바실러스속 CMB 32 균주 및 이를 이용한 항균 활성이 있는 미생물 제제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 토양으로부터 분리한 식물병원균에 대한 강한 길항작용을 나타내는 균주인 바실러스속 CMB 32 및 그 배양액을 함유하는 미생물 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 토양에서 분리한 식물병원균에 대한 길항 균주인 바실러스속 CMB32를 제공함으로써, 상기 균주를 배양하여 배양물로부터 항생물질을 생산할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 본 발명에 의한 바실러스속 CMB32 또는/및 그 배양액을 함유하는 식물병원균 방제제는 농작물에 피해를 주는 해충, 곰팡이병 예방 및 치료 미생물 농약으로 사용할 수 있다. A novel Bacillus sp. CMB32 is provided to be used for producing an antibacterial material from a culture material thereof. And a controlling agent of plant pathogenic bacteria comprising the same is provided to be used as an insecticide for preventing and treating injurious insects and mold. A Bacillus sp. CMB32 which is antagonistic strain of plant pathogens is deposited as a deposition no. KCTC 10940BP. An antibiotic material such as iturin A, fengycin and surfactin A is produced from a culture material obtained by culturing the Bacillus sp. CMB32. A controlling agent of plant pathogenic bacteria comprises the Bacillus sp. CMB32 or a culture solution thereof.
Abstract:
Antibiotics comprising eicosapentaenoic acid as an active ingredient are provided to inhibit growth of gram positive pathogenic bacteria and antibiotic-resistant strains commonly occurring in human and animals, and produce a large quantity of eicosapentaenoic acid by treating eicosapentaenoic acid derivatives obtained from the strain with a protein-decomposing enzyme. The antibiotics comprise an eicosapentaenoic acid as an active ingredient, wherein the daily dosage of eicosapentaenoic acid is 1-2 mg/kg, preferably 0.5-1 mg/kg. A Pseudomonas sp. CJM01(KCTC 10941BP) strain having antibiotic activity against gram positive bacteria produces the eicosapentaenoic acid and is isolated from the soil. The animal feed additives or microorganism sterilizer comprises Pseudomonas sp. CJM01(KCTC 10941BP) strain or Pseudomonas sp. CJM01(KCTC 10941BP) strain cultured medium.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An artificial medium for nutriculture made by compressing a non-woven fabric and coir pith to a thickness of 2 to 3mm is provided. It can be effectively used to support plant roots and enables the automated production of the medium while extending the distribution period. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric(1) and coconut coir pith(2) are compressed to a thickness of 2 to 3mm to produce an artificial medium for nutriculture. Plants are placed on the medium. The artificial medium also can be cut into a number of compartments to cause the plant to be marketed together with roots when the plants are grown.

PURPOSE: A method of cultivating horticultural crops by stacking a seedling-raising box or a potted flower vertically while installing an LED lamp within a facility is provided. It permits the efficient cultivation and mass production of the crops while reducing labor power, fuel and light expenses. CONSTITUTION: A seedling-raising box or a potted flower is stacked vertically on a conveying device(3) in a green house(1). An LED lamp(2) is installed on the ceiling of the green house.

본 고안은 양액재배시 작물재배에 기본이 되는 인공배지에 관한 것이다. 양액재배의 경우 식물의 생육에 필요한 적절한 무기양분을 물에 녹여 적절한 시간간격으로 공급해 주는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 이와 같은 번거로움을 없애기 위해 본 고안은 기 특허중인 양액재배 배지에 비료성분이 유기화합물의 형태로 함유되어 있는 유기질비료를 첨가시킨 것으로 부가적인 양액의 공급없이도 작물이 1개월 동안 생장할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

PURPOSE: A culture system of bubble collection is provided to store bubbled without removal by anti-foaming agent and to enhance culture efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A culture system for microbes comprises: a culture tank(10) for culturing microbes or spawn; a bubble storage tank(20) for storing bubbles generated in case of culturing the microbes or spawn by being connected to the culture tank; and a connection tube(30) which is connected to the culture tank and bubble storage tank. The culture system comprises an isolation and purification unit for isolating and purifying the microbes and impurities. The culture tank comprises a heater(14) for heating a medium containing the microbes; and a wing(15) for stirring the medium.
