Abstract:
PURPOSE: A beverage containing sparassis crispa, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the pharmaceutical effect of the sparassis crispa to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a beverage containing sparassis crispa comprises the following steps: obtaining sparassis crispa strains by cultivating hyphae of the sparassis crispa for 20~25days at 25deg C; passage culturing the sparassis crispa strains, and cultivating the strains into a liquid inoculum source; inserting the sparassis crispa strains into a medium formed with 30~50wt% of sawdust mixture containing pine tree sawdust, corn powder, and medium-strength flour, and 50~65wt% of water for obtaining a bag medium; sterilizing the bag medium, injecting the liquid inoculum source, and cultivating the sparassis crispa; sterilizing the obtained sparassis crispa using 120~130deg C steam, and cutting; drying the cut sparassis crispa, and roasting; crushing the roasted sparassis crispa, and adding diluted alcohol for extracting; filtering the obtained extract, and condensing; and adding purified water, liquid fructose, sugar, and citric acid into the extract.

PURPOSE: A method for producing a large amount of fruit bodies of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii by artificial culture is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii strains comprises: a step of culturing mycelium of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii in YMG, MYPA, ME, PDA solid medium or GP or GT liquid medium at 20-25 degrees Celsius and pH 5-6; and a step of culturing mycelium of Mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii in a medium containing 0.1% MgSO_4H_2O, 0.05% of asparagines, 1% of sucrose, rice bran, wheat flour, and corn powder.

본 발명은 꽃송이버섯 추출물을 포함하는 항산화 활성을 갖는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 꽃송이버섯 열수 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 항산화 효과를 갖는 조성물은 우수한 DPPH 소거능 및 수퍼옥사이드 음이온 라디칼 소거능을 가질 뿐만 아니라 리놀레인산 과산화 저해률도 월등하며 총페놀 함량이 높아 탁월한 항산화 효능을 가지며, 이를 이용하여 다양한 분야, 예를 들어, 약학분야, 식품분야, 화장품 분야에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A sawdust culture medium for the cultivation of mushroom, and a method for cultivating mushroom by using the culture medium are provided to obtain the mushroom containing flavonoids. A sawdust culture medium for the cultivation of mushroom comprises the sawdust culture medium comprising the sawdust of a lacquer tree and rice bran; and 2~5 wt% of calcium. Mushroom is cultivated on the sawdust culture medium so as to allow the flavonoids contained in the lacquer tree to be transferred into the fruit body of mushroom.
