Abstract: PURPOSE: An artificial cultivation method of mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii is provided to mass-produce the mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii containing useful components. CONSTITUTION: An artificial cultivation method of mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of liquid or solid inoculation medium by weight, 0.3~3parts of carbon source by weight selected from maltose or sucrose, 0.02~0.2parts of nitrogen source by weight selected from asparagines or sodium nitrate, and 0.02~2parts of mineral by weight selected from potassium diphosphate or magnesium sulfate; injecting spawns of mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii strain into the mixture, and cultivating in a bottle medium form; preparing a nutrient medium containing broad-leaf tree sawdust, rice bran, brewers grain, and other ingredients; inserting the bottle medium with the spawns into a cultivation chamber, and cultivating in 18~28deg C; low temperature treating the bottle medium for 6~12days; and growing the mycoleptodonoides aitchisonii by high temperature treating the bottle medium for 15~25days.

CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of functional mushroom with the enhanced calcium content comprises the following steps; mixing 30parts of fermented sawdust by weight, 30parts of poplar by weight, 2.8parts of beet pulp by weight, 4parts of cotton seed meal by weight, and other materials; adding 8 kinds of calcium to the obtained base material; mixing the mixture with distilled water to make a culture medium; making a culture media bottle and a culture media tube with the medium; cooling the bottle and the tube by 15deg C; injecting sawdust inoculums into the cooled culture media bottle and tube; and cultivating mycelia, and growing mushrooms.
