Abstract: PURPOSE: Tidal soil for producing tegillarca granosa seedling and a method for producing tegillarca granosa seedling using the same are provided to secure smooth growth and high survival rate of larva. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing tegillarca granosa seedling comprises: a step of collecting tidal soil(50) containing moisture content of less than 50%; a step of drying the tidal soil; a step of disinfecting the tidal soil, and a step of fining the tidal soil. The tidal soil is dried is dried by sunlight or warm air. The tidal soil is disinfected by chemicals disinfection, steam-boiling disinfection, or electricity disinfection.

CONSTITUTION: A method for producing cultured scapharca subcrenata seedling comprises: a step of filtering disinfected foreshore soil(50) and placing the soil in an attached young shell culturing water bath(20); a step of collecting larva from scapharca subcrenata shell and moving the larva to the attached young shell culturing water bath; a step of breeding scapharca subcrenata young shell in the attached young shell culturing water bath; a step of separating the scapharca subcrenata young shell from an adhesive substrate of the attached young shell culturing water bath; a step of discharging water through the drain of the attached young shell culturing water bath and collecting the young shell.
