    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cultivation method of a penshell black pearl is provided to regulate the physiology of a penshell by a land based seawater method for controlling the injection of seawater from September-November to next April-June and to cultivate a high quality black pearl by using a nucleus surgical method, which injects a nucleus and shell slice into the gonad in which a foot and posterior reactor muscle are connected. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of a pen shell black pearl comprises; (1 step) a step of controlling the physiology of a penshell by a land based seawater method, which equips culture system and controls the injection of seawater with changing 0.5-2 times per day from September-November to next April-June; (2 step) a step of preparing mantle segment by cutting mantle buffy coat part into 5-7mmx5-7mm by using penshell for mantle segment supply; (3 step) a step of inserting a nucleus with a diameter of 7-13mm and the mantle segment of the second step into the gonad in which a foot and posterior reactor muscle are connected of the penshell of the first step; and (4 step) a step which the penshell inserted with the nucleus is cultivated for 5-8 month by hanging method.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying oxygen to a growing space of a fish farming cage comprising a frame having a grid of the growing spaces and a floating material buoying the frame up in the bottom. The apparatus comprises: a solar cell panel installed in the fish farming case; a battery charging electricity generated from the solar cell panel; an oxygen supply pipe which is installed inside the growing spaces and which discharges the supplied oxygen through an outlet; and an oxygen supply receiving the electricity from the battery and supplying the oxygen to the oxygen supply pipe. The solar cell panel is installed on the surface of an assistive buoy, and the assistive buoy is combined with the frame using a connecting strap to move. According to the apparatus and a method for supplying oxygen to the fish farming cage, the solar cell panel is installed in the assistive buoy, which is installed inside the growing spaces to relatively move against the fish farming cage, thereby controlling a breakage caused by wind or waves. The electricity system component is built in a housing easy to move so that the assembly and disassembly are easy.
