Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a green tea-powder is provided to have excellent skin-care effect, antibacterial effect and anti-allergy effect and to not have danger of fracture because the soap is hard. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a green tea-powder comprises: a step of maintaining a temperature of a dissolved vegetable soap base at 70±5 °C, adding 1-5 parts by weight of green-tea powder to the 100.0 parts by weight of the vegetable soap base, and stirring the added mixture by 100-500 rpm for 2-6 hours to obtain a mixture; a step of filling a mold with the mixture, solidifying the mixture, cutting the solidified material per 100-150 g and compressing the same at 100-200 kg/m^2 for 1-3 minutes. The vegetable soap base consists of sodium laurate, sodium myristrate, sodium stearate, sucrose, glyceryl stearate, glycerin, sorbitol, sugar and pure water.
