Abstract: 본 발명은 달맞이꽃 종자유 비누화물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 미백 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 달맞이꽃 종자유 비누화물은 멜라닌 색소 생성에 필수적으로 관여하는 타이로시나아제 유전자와 멜라닌 색소 형성에 관련된 Trp1, Trp2, 및 MITF 유전자의 발현을 억제하여 뛰어난 색소 침착 저해 효과를 나타내므로 피부 미백에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The Oenothera odorata seed oil saponificated compound is obtained using alkali metal hydroxide of NaOH, LiOH, or KOH. The composition is manufactured in the form of skin lotion, skin softener, skin toner, astringent, lotion, milk lotion, moisture lotion, massage cream, moisture cream, essence, nutrition essence, pack, soap, shampoo, cleansing foam, and cleansing cream. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating pigmentation contains Oenothera odorata seed oil saponificated compounds as an active ingredient. The composition is manufactured in the form of cream, gel, patch, spray, ointment, lotion, liniment, pasta, or cataplasma.

Abstract: A treating agent or a treating aid for the disease related to pigmentation, and a skin whitening product are provided to reduce the expression and activity of tyrosinase, thereby inhibiting the generation of melanin pigment. A treating agent or a treating aid for the disease related to pigmentation contains the xanthohumol represented by the formula 1 as an effective ingredient to inhibit the generation of melanin. Preferably the xanthohumol inhibit the generation of melanin induced by IBMX in melanoma.
