Abstract: 본 발명은 식물 병원균에 길항효과를 나타내는 바실러스 아밀로리퀴에파션스 JBC36 (수탁번호 : KACC 91582P 균주)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 바실러스 아밀로리퀴에파션스 JBC36 균주는 광범위한 진균성 병원균에 대하여 길항효과가 있으며, 특히 과일류의 녹색곰팡이병과 푸른곰팡이병에 대해 방제효과가 뛰어나기 때문에, 본 균주 또는 그 배양액은 감귤과 배, 사과 등의 저장 및 유통 중에 발생하는 여러 가지 병해를 방제하는데 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36 and a composition comprising thereof for controlling plant pathogens are provided to expand antagonistic effect on fungal virus and improve control effect on green and green molds of fruits. CONSTITUTION: A novel bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36 has antagonistic effect on phytopathogen. The strain shows excellent antagonistic effect on pathogen which generates diseases in fruits. The fruits include tangerine, pear, and apple. A phytopathogen natural antagonistic material can be obtained by separating from culture fluid of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36(deposit number: KACC 91582P) strain. A manufacturing method of the natural antagonistic material comprises the following steps: forming culture fluid by culturing bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36(deposit number : KACC 91582P) strain; removing the strain from the culture fluid; and extracting protein by processing the extraction solvent in the culture fluid which strain is removed. A composition for controlling phytopathogen includes culture fluid of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens jbc36(deposit number : KACC 91582P) strain or the same strain as an active ingredient.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种新型解淀粉芽孢杆菌jbc36及其组合物，用于控制植物病原体，以扩大对真菌病毒的拮抗作用，提高对果实绿色和绿色霉菌的防治效果。 构成：一种新型解淀粉芽孢杆菌jbc36对植物病原体具有拮抗作用。 该菌株对于在水果中产生疾病的病原体显示出极好的拮抗作用。 水果包括橘子，梨和苹果。 通过从解淀粉芽孢杆菌jbc36（保藏号：KACC 91582P）菌株的培养液中分离得到植物病原天然拮抗物质。 天然拮抗材料的制造方法包括以下步骤：通过培养解淀粉芽孢杆菌jbc36（保藏号：KACC 91582P）菌株形成培养液; 从培养液中除去菌株; 并通过加工除去菌株的培养液中的提取溶剂来提取蛋白质。 用于控制植物病原体的组合物包括解淀粉芽孢杆菌jbc36（保藏号：KACC 91582P）菌株的培养液或与活性成分相同的菌株。
