Abstract: A chair is provided to help bathing of the handicapped or old persons, to circulate the blood and eliminate body wastes at low cost, and to utilize effectively a living space. A chair is composed of: a first frame unit(1) supporting the upper body of a user; a second frame unit(2) propping up the femoral region of the user; a third frame unit(3) propping up the lower legs of the user; and a support frame unit(4) supporting the second frame unit from the floor in a separated state. The support frame unit comprises a closing unit(5) rotatably installed between the position of closing up a space where the user sits, together with the first, second, and third frame units and the position of opening the space and a steam feeder(6) for supplying the steam into the space.
