Abstract: A composite exercise and training device controlled by a program electronic controller is provided to be utilized as a remedial exercise machine in an automatic mode while a personal health or fitness training machine in a manual mode. A composite exercise and training device is constituted by a case(11) formed in a chair, a body(10) including legs(12) for adjusting height and angle of the case(11), a leg extension(20) including a rotating leg mount according to a motion of an air cylinder inside, and an overhead press(30) having one end fixed to the top of the case and the other end attached with a handle(33). The case(11) has a pair of air cylinders(13) connected to a pneumatic system and a program electronic control device(PLC) connected to the air cylinder(13). Each air cylinder is rotatably connected to one of the leg extension(20) and the overhead press(30).
