Abstract: PURPOSE: A vertebra curer is provided to enable a user to use the curer for a long time by preventing heavy load from being applied to the user's arms and shoulders. CONSTITUTION: A vertebra curer includes; a lower frame(111) which is located on the floor surface; a lateral frame(112) which is installed in the vertical direction and is connected to both sides of the lower frame; and a body(110) which is equipped with an upper frame(113) parallelly connected to the lower frame in the end of the lateral frame. The upper frame includes: a holder(120) where user's armpit can be hung; a waist supporting part(130) which catches user's waist using the pneumatic force and is connected to the body; and a pump which offers air enough to catch the waist part in the state of sticking to user's waist.

Abstract: A composite exercise and training device controlled by a program electronic controller is provided to be utilized as a remedial exercise machine in an automatic mode while a personal health or fitness training machine in a manual mode. A composite exercise and training device is constituted by a case(11) formed in a chair, a body(10) including legs(12) for adjusting height and angle of the case(11), a leg extension(20) including a rotating leg mount according to a motion of an air cylinder inside, and an overhead press(30) having one end fixed to the top of the case and the other end attached with a handle(33). The case(11) has a pair of air cylinders(13) connected to a pneumatic system and a program electronic control device(PLC) connected to the air cylinder(13). Each air cylinder is rotatably connected to one of the leg extension(20) and the overhead press(30).
