Abstract: 본 발명은 물을 이용한 비해 (

tokoronis ) 추출물을 유효성분으로 하는 항비만 조성물에 관한 것으로, 고지방식이에 의한 체중증가를 억제할 수 있다. 구체적으로는 고지방 식이군에 비해 추출물을 투여한 결과 혈중 triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, total cholesterol을 낮추고, 반대로 심혈관 질환을 억제하는 HDL-cholesterol 수치는 높임으로써 항비만 치료제로서 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-obesity composition containing Diosorea tokora makino extract using water is provided to lower triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, and total cholesterol in blood. CONSTITUTION: An anti-obesity comosition contains Diosorea tokora makino extract as an effective ingredient. The Diosorea tokora makino extract is obtained by adding water to Diosorea tokora makino, heating 5-100°C for 15 minutes to 12 hours, centrifuging at 2,000-3,000 rpm for 10 to 20 minutes, extracting for 30 minutes to three hours, and decompress-drying the extract to obtain powder.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用水的含有Diosorea tokora makino提取物的抗肥胖组合物，以降低血液中的甘油三酯，LDL-胆固醇和总胆固醇。 构成：抗肥胖组合含有薯contains皂甙作为有效成分。 通过向薯to蓉加入水，通过加热5-100℃15分钟至12小时，以2,000-3,000rpm离心10〜20分钟，提取30分钟〜3小时，得到Diosorea tokora makino提取物， 将提取物干燥以获得粉末。
