    Abstract: A method for manufacturing biodegradable porous hybrid carrier and an artificial organ are provided, which obtain the environment that cell can adhere and increase. A method for manufacturing biodegradable porous hybrid carrier comprises a step for injecting the mixture prepared by adding hyaluronic acid solution 10-50 volume% to organic solvent 50-90 volume% containing the biodegradable polymer for providing the bio-compatibility and the vitality in the mold and freeze-drying it. The biodegradable polymer has 0.003-27 weight% concentration. The hyaluronic acid solution has 0.001-3 weight% concentration.
