Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vanillyl alcohol-containing copolyoxalate (PVAX) copolymer, a PVAX microparticle comprising the PVAX, a drug delivery system including the PVAX microparticle, an antioxidant or anti-inflammatory composition, a composition for preventing or treating ischemic disease, a composition for inhibiting the side effects of anticancer drugs, a contrast agent, and a composition for diagnosing ischemic disease. The PVAX microparticle according to the present invention can be used as a drug delivery system and an antioxidant or anti-inflammatory composition because the PVAX microparticle according to the present invention is non-toxic, has outstanding biocompatibility and are degraded under physiological conditions while releasing vanillyl alcohol, which has outstanding antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects. And the PVAX microparticle according to the present invention can be used as a composition for inhibiting the side effects of anticancer drugs because the PVAX microparticle according to the present invention inhibits the side effects of anticancer drugs such as hepatic or cardiac abnormalities. Also, the PVAX microparticle according to the present invention can be used as a contrast agent or a composition for diagnosing ischemic disease because the PVAX microparticle according to the present invention specifically detects hydrogen peroxide in vivo.

본 발명은 HPOX(HBA-incorporatred copolyoxalate) 화합물과 그 제조 방법, 상기 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환(inflammatory disease)의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물과 항산화제(antioxidant agent)와 약물전달체(drug delivery vector), 및 상기 화합물에 형광물질(fluorescent material)이 포접(inclusion)된 영상조영제(imaging contrast agent)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 따른 HPOX 나노 입자는 표적 특이적 방식으로 체내 과산화수소와 NO의 농도를 효과적으로 감소시킴으로써 부작용이 없이 항염증 및 항산화 효과를 나타내며, 표적 특이적 작용 효과로 인하여 약물전달체 및 영상조영제로서 활용할 수도 있다.

PURPOSE: An HPOX(HBA-incorporatred copolyoxalate) compound is provided to ensure anti-inflammation and antioxidant effects by effectively reducing the concentration of NO and internal hydrogen peroxides through a target specific method. CONSTITUTION: An HPOX(HBA-incorporatred copolyoxalate) compound includes oxalyl chloride in which at least one monomer of 4-hydroxybenzly alcohol and vanillyl alcohol is integrated to a polymer skeleton. Nanoparticles are produced by performing polycondensation of oxalate, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, and one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol and vanillyl alcohol.
