Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic control system of telescope which is especially used for endoscopic surgery. And its method is also provided. Thereby, the endoscopic surgery is carried out safely and accurately. CONSTITUTION: The automatic control system of telescope comprises a surgical tool(100), a telescope(110), a CCD(charge coupled device) camera, a computer, a display device(140), and a manipulator(150). The telescope attains a digital image signal of the surgical tool. The CCD camera converts the digital image signal into an analog image signal. The computer having a vision board converts the analog image signals into a digital image signal of specific bit including luminance information of each pixel according to a specific resolution, and recognizes the motion of the surgical tool by using the variation of luminance of each pixel to output data. The display device provides a visual image about the motion of the surgical tool. The manipulator moves toward the moving direction of the surgical tool by receiving the data of the computer.

Abstract: 본발명의텔레스코프자동제어시스템및 그제어방법은추적물의영상을이용하여픽셀의휘도량변화가소정치이상으로변한블록중에서프레임의중심위치에있는중심픽셀과가장가까운블록을찾는다. 그다음, 이블록을중심으로일정범위안에있는블럭을검사하여휘도량의변화가가장작은블럭을찾아영상이동벡터를설정함으로써텔레스코프가달린매니퓰레이터를제어한다. 그럼으로써추적물의움직임에맞추어텔레스코프가움직인다.
