Abstract:
PURPOSE: A light diffusion plate of liquid crystal display is provided to check wavelength range in which transparent resin accomplishing the light diffusion plate for the back light unit of the liquid crystal display device is vulnerable, and to improve light-proof on ultraviolet ray by applying UV stabilizer showing relatively superior absorption ability on vulnerable wavelength range. CONSTITUTION: The benzotriazole based first UV stabilizer includes 0.05 to 1.00 parts by weight having polycarbonate resin 100 parts by weight standard and absorbs the ultraviolet ray of 280nm to 300nm wavelength range more superior than other wavelength range. The triazine based second UV stabilizer includes 0.05 to 1.00 parts by weight having polycarbonate resin 100 parts by weight standard and absorbs the ultraviolet ray of 300nm to 320nm wavelength range more superior than other wavelength range. The light diffusion plate(100) uses co-extruder and co-extrudes the base layer(110) and skin layer(120). The surface of the base layer is formed in flat surface or having pattern of lenticular shape of elliptic shape, embossing shape, prism shape etc.

PURPOSE: A diffusing plate with two kinds of UV stabilizers is provided to protect the diffusing plate in a weal wavelength range and to effectively absorb a UV wavelength using the small amount of UV stabilizers. CONSTITUTION: A diffusing plate(100) with two kinds of UV stabilizers is composed as follows. Skin layers(120) are formed on both surfaces of a base layer(110). A first coating layer with a UV stabilizer is formed by adding a first diffusing agent(115) to the base layer. A second coating layer with a UV stabilizer is formed by adding a second diffusing agent(125) to the skin layers.

액정 표시 장치의 백라이트 유닛용 다층 광확산판이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 다층 광확산판은 스티렌계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 실록산계 광확산제 0.1~10중량부, 아크릴계 광확산제 0.01~20중량부 및 자외선 흡수제 0.1~10중량부를 포함하는 제1수지조성물로 형성된 기재층 및 상기 기재층의 적어도 하나의 면에 적층되며, 스티렌계 수지를 공중합시킨 메타크릴산 메틸계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 아크릴계 광확산제 0.1~30중량부를 포함하는 제2수지조성물로 형성된 도포층으로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따른 다층 광확산판은 저가이면서 수분흡수 및 휨 특성이 우수한 스티렌계 수지를 기재층의 기초 수지로 하고, 스티렌계 수지와 상용성이 우수한 아크릴계 광확산제를 첨가하여, 매트릭스와 광확산제의 밀착성을 좋게 하여 깨짐(Crack) 및 충격을 보강할 수 있다. 또한, 스티렌계 수지를 공중합시킨 메타크릴산 메틸계 수지를 도포층의 기초수지로 함으로써 기재층과의 박리현상을 방지할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A multi-layered light diffuser plate with excellent impact resistance, a back light unit and a liquid crystal display apparatus using the same are provided to prevent a delamination phenomenon between a base material layer and a coating layer by forming the coating layer with a methyl methacrylate-based resin in which a styrene resin is copolymerized. CONSTITUTION: A base material layer(110) is formed with a first resin composition. A coating layer(120) is formed with a second resin composition. The coating layer is stacked on the base material layer. The first resin composition includes 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of siloxane-based light-diffusing agent, 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of acryl-based light-diffusing agent, and 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of ultraviolet-absorbing agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of styrene-based resin. The second resin composition includes 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of acryl-based light-diffusing agent, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a methyl methacrylate-based resin.

본 발명은 베이스층의 양면에 스킨층이 형성된 3층 구조의 확산판에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 코어-쉘 타입으로 되어 있는 확산제의 코팅층에 UV 안정제를 함유하여 소량의 UV 안정제로 효과적인 UV 파장 차단이 가능하도록 한 확산판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 베이스층의 양면에 스킨층이 형성되는 3층 구조의 확산판; 상기 베이스층에 첨가되며 벤조트라이아졸계 UV안정제를 포함하는 코팅층이 형성된 제 1 확산제; 및 상기 스킨층에 첨가되며 옥사닐라이드계 UV안정제를 포함하는 코팅층이 형성된 제 2 확산제를 포함하는 확산판을 제공한다. 본 발명은 확산제를 사용한 확산판에 관한 것으로, 코어-쉘 타입 확산제의 쉘층(코팅층)에 UV안정제를 함유하여, 소량의 UV안정제를 이용하여 효과적인 UV파장의 차단이 가능하도록 하는 확산판을 제공한다. 확산판, 확산제, UV안정제
