    Abstract: PURPOSE: An expandable polystyrene is provided to have excellent flame retardance without applying a flame retardant, and to obtain a foam material with excellent strength by preventing separation of a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An expandable polystyrene consists of a foam resin particle (10); and a coating layer (20) formed on the surface of the foam resin particle. The coating layer includes a binder (22) and an insulating particle (21). The binder includes a halogen-containing resin. A manufacturing method of the foam polystyrene comprises a step of coating a coating liquid including a volatile solvent, binder, and insulating particle on the foam resin particle; and a step of drying the coated foam resin particle.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of An acryl-based elastomers copolymer for substituting for polyvinyl chloride comprises the following steps: forming a core by polymerizing more than one kind of monomers which is selected from acrylate ester, meta acrylic acid ester, methacrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester; forming a first shell by polymerizing after adding more than one kind of monomers which is selected from ester acrylate, meta acrylic acid ester, methacrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester, acrylic acid hydroxyalkyl ester to the core; and forming a second shell by performing polymerization after adding acid and acryl-based monomer to the first shell.
