본 발명은 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 방향족 비닐계 공중합체는 비치환된 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 선택적으로는 (메타)아크릴레이트계 단량체를 더 포함하여, 생산성과 내열성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 방향족 비닐계 공중합체는 스티렌계 그라프트 공중합체 수지 등과 함께 내열성 향상 및 열 변색도를 개선할 수 있다.

A flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is characterized in comprising 100 parts by weight of a base resin including (A) 10-49 wt% of an aromatic vinyl resin and (B) 51-90 wt% of a polyphenylene ether resin; and (C) 0.1-30 parts by weight of polyphosphonate including a unit represented by the following Formula 1. In the above Formula 1, A is a single bond, a C1-C5 alkylene group, a C1-C5 alkylidene group, a C5-C6 cycloalkylidene group, -S- or -SO_2-, R_1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryloxy group, R_2 and R_3 are independently a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C12 aryl group, or a halogen atom, a and b are independently an integer from 0 to 4, and n is an integer from 1 to 500. The flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition has good flame retardancy, thermal stability and durability, and is eco-friendly.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent compatibility, thereby improving surface roughness and thermal resistance, and to use a recycled material. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition includes an aromatic vinyl based resin copolymerized of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based graft copolymer resin; a polyester resin; a maleimide-based polymer; an aromatic vinyl compound-cyanate copolymer resin; and an alkyl (meth)acrylate. The amount of the alkyl (meth)acrylate is 6-12 wt%. The polyester resin is recycled polyester.

PURPOSE: A transparent thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent transparency, scratch resistance, and impact strength and to secure excellent moldability by improving flowability through a branched acrylic copolymer resin. CONSTITUTION: A transparent thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (A) about 1 to about 100 parts by weight of an ultra-high molecular branched acrylic copolymer resin; and (B) about 0 to about 99 parts by weight of an acrylic resin. The ultra-high molecular branched acrylic copolymer resin is prepared by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (a1) about 50 to about 99.899% by weight of a mono-functional monomer, (a2) about 0.1 to about 40% by weight of a (meth)acrylic monomer having a flexible segment represented by chemical formula 1, and (a3) about 0.001 to about 10% by weight of a branch-inducing monomer, wherein m is an integer from 3 to 18, Y is methyl or hydrogen, and Y is methyl or hydrocarbon.

According to the present invention, a thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (A) a rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer; (B) a vinyl cyanide-aromatic vinyl-based copolymer; and (C) an α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone (MBL)-vinyl-based copolymer. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent chemical resistance, thereby preventing chemical corrosion by a foaming agent.

PURPOSE: A weather-resistant rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer is provided to ensure excellent heat resistance, tensile strength, and hardness while maintaining optical properties. CONSTITUTION: A rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer resin is formed by performing graft polymerization of a vinyl cyanide monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer into elastomer latex. The rubber latex is formed by surface-modifying a butadiene rubber with an acrylate rubber having a glass transition temperature lower than a room temperature(25 °C). The grain size of the butadiene rubber is 250-350 nm. The vinyl cyanide monomer is one or more selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile and ethacrylonitrile.

본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리카보네이트 수지; 및 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체;를 포함하며, 상기 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체는 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 및 가교제를 포함하여 제조된 분지형 비닐계 공중합체를 포함하는 매트릭스 중에 고무질 중합체가 분산된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 특정 고무강화 비닐계 공중합체 수지를 적용하여, 내충격성 및 유동성이 우수하다.

본 발명의 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리카보네이트 수지 100 중량부; 고무 변성 방향족 비닐계 공중합체 수지 5 내지 30 중량부; 방향족 인산에스테르계 화합물 10 내지 30 중량부; 및 규회석 및 탈크를 포함하는 충진제 5 내지 100 중량부;를 포함하며, 상기 규회석 및 탈크의 중량비는 1 : 0.1 내지 0.5인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물은 규회석 및 탈크를 특정 비율로 적용하여, 굴곡탄성률, 휨 특성 등의 강성 및 난연성이 우수하다.
