Abstract: PURPOSE: A low gloss thermoplastic resin composition is provided to obtain high weather resistance and high heat resistance and to exhibit excellent surface gloss-lowering effects without a coating process after injection. CONSTITUTION: A low gloss thermoplastic resin composition comprises a base resin and 1-60 parts by weight of N-phenyl maleimide-containing copolymer. The base resin includes (A) 100 parts by weights of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin including a large particle size rubber with the particle diameter of the rubber of 8,000-10,000 nm, (B) 30-120 parts by weight of a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer, and (C) 5-75 parts by weight of vinyl copolymer.

Abstract: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent dimensional stability, rigidity and weatherability, thereby being used for manufacture of structural materials for various interiors and exteriors. A thermoplastic resin composition with improved dimensional stability and rigidity comprises an acrylic graft copolymer resin 60~95 weight% and glass fiber 5~40 weight%. In the acrylic graft copolymer resin, a mixture 40~60 weight% containing an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound is graft-polymerized to acrylic rubber 40~60 weight%. The glass fiber is the chopped glass fiber having length of 3~6 mm and diameter of 8~20 micron. The glass fiber is surface-treated with an silane-based coupling agent.
