Abstract: 본 발명은 LCD 패널용 플렉서블 기판에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 기판의 열팽창계수 감소 효과와 표면 조도 (Roughness) 개선 효과를 보장할 수 있으면서, 동시에 380nm ~ 760nm 파장대의 가시광선 영역에서 선택적으로 빛을 흡수하여 색보정 기능을 확보할 수 있는 색보정 기능이 보강된 LCD 패널용 플렉서블 기판을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 색보정 기능이 보강된 LCD 패널용 플렉서블 기판은, 액상의 제 1 내열성 수지에 네오디뮴 착화합물을 첨가하고 경화시켜 수득된 수지시트 내부에 유리 클로스(Glass Cloth)가 함침되어 있는 제 1 필름과, 제 2 내열성 수지로 이루어진 제 2 필름이 상기 제 1 필름의 적어도 일면 상에 라미네이트 형성되어 있는 필름 복합 구조로 구성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Method and apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg film of a display panel are provided to overcome defects of surface roughness and thickness deviation by applying a solvent casting method using a steel belt. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg film of a display panel comprises a glass cloth roll(100) for continuously supplying glass cloth(110); a transfer belt(130) made of steel materials in which a longl axis revolves to the direction horizontal to the ground; a resin coater(120) which stores a resin solution thereinside and is positioned at the upper region of the transfer belt; a drying part(160) which hardens and dries the resin applied to the glass cloth; and a prepreg roll(180) collecting the glass cloth in which the resin coating is completed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible substrate for an LCD panel which reinforce a color calibration function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to guarantee the effect of reducing thermal expansion coefficient by a first film and the effect of improving the surface roughness by a second film. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate is comprised of resin sheet structure which includes a glass cloth(100) inside a heat resistance resin in impregnated state. A thickness of a second film(200) is comprised of thinner thickness than a thickness of a first film. A intermediate wood(120) constitutes with the same resin as the first heat-resistant resin comprising the first film. The inorganic particle filler(320) uses resin comprising a flexible substrate and ultra micro ceramic powder which matches with refractive index.
