Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible substrate for a display panel is provided to prevent the light leakage phenomenon occurring on a bonding surface through a thermal expansion coefficient of a resin and a metal mask. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate(100) for a display panel is made of a metallic material and comprises: a metal mask(110) in which plural openings are formed in grid pattern; and a heat-resistant resin(120) including an inorganic particle metal mask recesses, wherein the inorganic particle filler has the particles which are less than 150nm and ceramic powers having thermal expansion coefficient lower than 8ppm.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Method and apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg film of a display panel are provided to overcome defects of surface roughness and thickness deviation by applying a solvent casting method using a steel belt. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg film of a display panel comprises a glass cloth roll(100) for continuously supplying glass cloth(110); a transfer belt(130) made of steel materials in which a longl axis revolves to the direction horizontal to the ground; a resin coater(120) which stores a resin solution thereinside and is positioned at the upper region of the transfer belt; a drying part(160) which hardens and dries the resin applied to the glass cloth; and a prepreg roll(180) collecting the glass cloth in which the resin coating is completed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible substrate for a display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of a substrate through the bonding of heat-resistant resins. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate(100) for a display panel comprises an inorganic particle filler pattern(110) recessed in a harden heat-resistant resin(120). The inorganic particle filler pattern is formed through plasticization after forming the pasted inorganic particle fillers in a certain pattern. The inorganic particle filler pattern is a grid pattern which is repeatedly formed over the surface of the pattern. The heat-resistant resin is one of polysulfone, polyether, Polyether lmide, PAR:polyarylate, Polyether lmide and PAR:polyarylate.
