Abstract: 본 발명은 고무질 라텍스로 1.3-부타디엔을 100중량% 함유하고, 입경 0.05∼0.15㎛의 소입경 고무질 라텍스 5∼40중량%, 입경 0.20∼0.35㎛의 중입경 고무질 라텍스 10∼45중량%, 입경 0.35㎛ 이상의 대입경 고무질 라텍스를 10∼45중량% 함유하는 혼합 고무질 라텍스로 제조된 공중합체(I) 50∼25중량%와 중량 평균분자량이 20만 이상이고, 공중합체내에 비닐방향족 화합물 단량체 함량이 74∼82중량%, 불포화 니트릴 단량체 함량이 18∼26중량%인 고분자량의 내열성 공중합체(Ⅱ) 50∼75중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 신율특성이 우수한 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 평균입경이 상이한 3종류의 고무질 중합체와 고분자량의 SAN 수지를 혼합 사용함으로써 충격강도는 우수하게 유지하면서 신율 및 내열특성등이 크게 개선된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thermoplastic resin having good high impact property and natural color is provided to obtain a thermoplastic resin that maintains excellent gloss and flow property of ABS resin and has improved high impact property and natural color. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a thermoplastic resin having good high impact property and natural color according to the present invention comprises mixing and processing a graft copolymer and SAN resin to obtain a thermoplastic resin wherein the method is characterized by comprising the steps: a) first graft reacting step wherein 40 to 60 parts by weight of rubber latex which has average particle diameter of graft copolymer between 0.25 and 0.34 micrometer and 70 to 90% of gel content is copolymerized with 60 to 40 parts by weight of graft monomer mixture comprising styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of a liposoluble initiator inside the rubber; and b) second graft copolymerizing step wherein the said graft reacted copolymer envelops the surfaces of rubber particles in the presence of a water-soluble pyrolysis initiator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing thermal plastic resin, particularly graft copolymer having good impact resistance and tensile strength and natural color is achieved by applying specific initiator to form graft copolymer having core-shell structure. CONSTITUTION: A production method of thermal plastic resin comprises graft copolymerizing graft monomer mixture consisting of 45-65 weight part of rubber latex, 65-75 weight part of styrene and 35-25 weight part of acrylonitril, based on total 100 weight of compound. The method is constructed by introducing the mixture together with pyrolytic fat-soluble initiator in a reactor containing rubber polymer, adding molecular weight controller, color stabilizer, chelating agent and ion-exchanging solution. The resulted graft copolymer resin has excellent impact resistance and tensile strength as well as enhanced natural color.

CONSTITUTION: This invention is disclosed graft copolymerization method comprising steps of; a) 10 to 35 weight % of 65 to 45 weight parts of graft monomer mixture and molecular weight controller are mixed and agitated in the presence of 35 to 55 weight parts of gum polymer latex for monomer and controller to get into gum particles swelled enough. Then ion exchange water, emulsifier and polymerization initiator is put and heated up to 45 to 60°C. The first graft latex is made when most of graft monomer( 90 to 96 %) is polymerized with redox catalyst mixture at 55 to 70°C, b) polymerization by continuous input of mixed oil soluble polymerization initiator, hydroperoxide, molecular weight controller, and remained graft monomer mixture for 3 to 6 hrs at 70 to 80°C after putting emulsifier right after the first step, and c) polymerization with the agent to minimize unreacted monomer until polymerization rate is 94 to 98 %.
