본 발명은 테르펜계 무취형 분자량조절제를 사용하여 제조한 그라프트 고무 25∼40중량%, 아크릴레이트계 고무 1∼10중량%, 매트릭스용 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 50∼74중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 조성물은 기존의 냉장고 내상용으로 사용되는 고무의 특유 악취 문제를 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 우수한 내충격성과 적합한 유동성을 가지고 냉장고용 발포제에 대하여 우수한 내화학성을 보유하여 냉장고 내상용 시트 등의 제조에 적합한 이점을 갖는다.

PURPOSE: A resin composition for use in a component of refrigerator using HCFC141b as a foaming agent is provided to improve flow property, impact resistance, HCFC141b resistance and color stability. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition is characterized by comprising: (A) a graft copolymer comprising a diene synthetic rubber grafted with a vinyl cyanide compound and an aromatic vinyl compound; (B) a graft copolymer comprising an acrylic synthetic rubber grafted with a vinyl cyanide compound and an aromatic vinyl compound; (C) a copolymer of a vinyl cyanide compound with an aromatic vinyl compound having the content of vinyl cyanide compound ranged from 33 to 37 parts by weight and the weight average molecular weight of 60,000 to 80,000; and (D) a copolymer of a vinyl cyanide compound with an aromatic vinyl compound having the content of vinyl cyanide compound ranged from 28 to 32 parts by weight and the weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 150,000, wherein the ratio of (A)+(B):(C)+(D) is 30-40:70-60, the ratio of (B)/(A) is 0.2 to 1 and the ratio of (C)/(D) is 0.5 to 1.

본 발명은 냉장고의 상체(Liner) 및 부품용 수지에서 요구되는 제반 특성을 향상시키기 위하여 원료수지에 적정 점도의 액상 실리콘 화합물과 적정 분자량의 탄화수소계 왁스를 수지 가공시에 혼합하여 수지를 제조하므로써 냉장고의 폴리우레탄 단열층에 사용되는 발포제 화합물에 대한 수지의 내약품성을 크게 향상시키고 내충격성, 가공성 및 색상안정성을 크게 증가시킬 수 있게된다.

PURPOSE: A flame retardant rubber-reinforced polystyrene resin composition is provided, which is free from a halogen-based flame retardant, and is improved in the stability against fire, the environmental stability, the heat resistance, the impact strength and the fluidity. CONSTITUTION: The polystyrene resin composition comprises 70-94.5 wt% of a rubber-reinforced polystyrene resin; 0.5-10 wt% of a polyphenylene ether resin; and 5-20 wt% of a phosphoric acid ester compound comprising 40-80 parts by weight of an oligomer-type phosphoric acid ester compound having a hindered methyl group and 20-60 parts by weight of triphenyl phosphate. Preferably the rubber-reinforced polystyrene resin comprises 70-97 parts by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an aromatic monoalkenyl monomer and an alkyl acrylate or methacrylate monomer and 3-30 parts by weight of a rubber selected from the group consisting of a butadiene-based rubber, an isoprene-based rubber, a copolymer of butadiene and styrene and an alkyl acrylate-based rubber, and has a particle size of 0.5-2.0 micrometers. PURPOSE: A styrene-based thermoplastic resin composition is provided, to improve the impact strength, the flowability, the chemical resistance and the gelatification. CONSTITUTION: The styrene-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises 25-40 wt% of grafted rubber which is prepared by using terpene-based odorless molecular weight controlling agent and whose graft percentage is 72-80; 1-10 wt% of acrylate rubber; and 50-74 wt% of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer for matrix. The grafted rubber is prepared by polymerizing 40-60 wt% of butadiene rubber; 40-60 wt% of monomer mixture consisting of styrene and acrylonitrile in the ratio of 50:50 to 20:80 by weight; 0.1-0.2 wt% of terpene-based odorless molecular weight controlling agent; and 0.15-1.25 wt% of hydroperoxide-based emulsion polymerization initiator.

본 발명은 (A)디엔계 합성고무에 시안화비닐화합물과 방향족 비닐화합물이 그라프트된 그라프트 공중합체 ; (B)아크릴계 합성고무에 시안화비닐화합물과 방향족 비닐화합물이 그라프트된 그라프트 공중합체 ;(C)시안화비닐화합물과 방향족 비닐화합물의 공중합체로서 시안화비닐화합물의 함량이 33 내지 37중량부이며 중량평균분자량이 60,000 내지 80,000이고 ; (D)시안화비닐화합물과 방향족비닐화합물의 공중합체로서 시안화비닐 화합물의 함량이 28 내지 32중량부이며 중량평균분자량이 100,000 내지 150,000이며, (A),(B),(C),(D)의 조성비율이 (A)+(B):(C)+(D)가 30 내지 40 : 70 내지 60이고 (B)/(A)는 0.1 내지 1, (C)/(D)는 0.5 내지 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로 유동성, 충격강도, 내 HCFC14lb성, 색상안정성이 우수하여 HCFC14lb를 발포제로 사용하는 냉장고의 도어부품 또는 윗판등으로 사용할 수 있다.

본 발명은 무취 ABS수지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 부타디엔 고무, 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴을 혼합한 단량체, 퍼설페이트계 유화중합 개시제, 머캡탄계 분자량 조절제를 투입하여 1차 중합반응을 행한 후, 하이드로퍼옥사이드계 유화중합 개시제, 테르펜계 분자량조절제나 α-메틸스티렌다이머 또는 이들을 혼합한 분자량 조절제를 추가로 투입하여 2차 중합반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무취 ABS수지의 제조방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 그라프트 ABS수지에 아크릴레이트계 고무 성분, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체를 첨가하여 제조한 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 수지는 내충격성, 유동성, 내화학성 등을 만족시키는 동시에 기존의 수지가 갖는 특유의 악취문제를 해결함으로써 무취가 요구� �는 냉장고 내상 등의 용도에 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a resin composition for use in an inner liner, door, door liner and cover of refrigerator which has improved chemical resistance, impact resistance, processing ability and color stability. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition having excellent chemical and freon resistances is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of one or more resins selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, rubber modified polystyrene resin, acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate resin and derivatives or variants thereof, with 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a liquid organic silicone compound having a viscosity ranged from 100 to 10,000 cst and 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon compound having a number average molecular weight ranged from 300 to 30,000 while the resin is processed.

PURPOSE: The titled ABS resin and styrene-based thermoplastic resin using the same are provided, which can be used for an inner sheet for refrigerator requested for high odorlessness by resolving an offensive odor peculiar to conventional resins as well as satisfying impact resistance, fluidity and chemical resistance. The resin also has an effect on improving odor and gas problems as problems of acrylonitrile based rubbers. CONSTITUTION: The odorless ABS resin is prepared by polymerizing 40 to 60 parts by weight of butadiene rubber, 60 to 40 parts by weights of a mixed monomer comprising styrene and acrylonitrile in a weight ratio of 80 : 20 to 50 : 50, 0.15 to 0.35 parts by weight of a persulfate based emulsion polymerization initiator, 0.05 to 0.2 parts by weight of a mercaptan based molecular weight controlling agent in the first stage and then polymerizing 0.05 to 0.3 parts by weight of a hydroperoxide based emulsion polymerization initiator, 0.01 to 0.2 parts by weight of a terpene based molecular weight controlling agent, an α-methylenestyrene dimer or a mixture thereof in the second stage. The styrene-based thermoplastic resin comprises 28 to 35 parts by weight of the graft ABS resin, 2 to 7 parts by weight of an acrylate resin component and 60 to 70 parts by weight of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer.
