    Abstract: A plastic sheet is provided to ensure excellent antifouling property, shock resistance, antistatic property and scratch resistance, and to be usefully applied to a filter for protecting all kinds of display devices or a panel for protecting medical institutes. A plastic sheet(50) comprises a substrate(10); a first hard coat layer(20) which is formed on one surface of the transparent substrate and contains a first hard coating composition; and a second hard coat layer(30) which is formed on the backside of the transparent substrate and contains a second hard coating composition. The first hard coat composition comprises a fluorinated acrylate copolymer 5~50 weight%, an acrylic monomer 5~40 weight%, a photopolymerization initiator 0.1~5 weight% and organic solvent for balancing. The second hard coat composition comprises a bisphenol-based resin 1~15 weight%, conductive filler 1~10 weight%, acryl monomer 5~40 weight%, photopolymerization initiator 0.1~5 weight% and organic solvent for balancing.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a hair line film comprises a raw film roller(10), a molding belt(50), belt rotary shafts(40), a spreader(60), pressing rollers(30), a hardening unit(70), and a winding roller(90). The raw film roller supplies a raw film(11) to the molding belt. Molding patterns(51) are formed on the surface of the molding belt. The belt rotary shafts transfer the molding belt to the spreader. The spreader spreads a coating layer on the molding belt. The pressing rollers molds hair line patterns on the coating line through the molding patterns by pressing the raw film to the coating layer. The hardening unit hardens the hair line patterns attached on the raw film. The winding roller separates the raw film from the molding belt and winds up the separated raw film.
