Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas barrier film is provided to prevent cracking and deformation and improve thermal stability, fairness, gas transmittance, and surface hardness. CONSTITUTION: A gas barrier film comprises one or more inorganic layers, one or more UV curable hard coating layer and a base film. The UV curable hard coating layer comprises a multi-functional phosphazene based monomer which is represented by chemical formula 1 and surface modified silica. In the chemical formula 1, R is represented by chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 2, R1 indicates hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl group having 1-10 carbons, aryl having 6-30 carbons, arylalkyl group or alkylaryl group, and n indicates an integer of 1-5. 10-80 wt% of the multi-functional phosphazene based monomer represented by chemical formula 1 based on solid powder in the UV curable hard coating layer. The surface modified silica is obtained by polymerization of 80-99 wt% of silica and 1-20 wt% of R1Si(OR2)3.

Abstract: A plastic sheet is provided to ensure excellent antifouling property, shock resistance, antistatic property and scratch resistance, and to be usefully applied to a filter for protecting all kinds of display devices or a panel for protecting medical institutes. A plastic sheet(50) comprises a substrate(10); a first hard coat layer(20) which is formed on one surface of the transparent substrate and contains a first hard coating composition; and a second hard coat layer(30) which is formed on the backside of the transparent substrate and contains a second hard coating composition. The first hard coat composition comprises a fluorinated acrylate copolymer 5~50 weight%, an acrylic monomer 5~40 weight%, a photopolymerization initiator 0.1~5 weight% and organic solvent for balancing. The second hard coat composition comprises a bisphenol-based resin 1~15 weight%, conductive filler 1~10 weight%, acryl monomer 5~40 weight%, photopolymerization initiator 0.1~5 weight% and organic solvent for balancing.
