    Abstract: A polycarbonate resin composition according to the present invention comprises: a polycarbonate component including an aromatic polycarbonate resin and a copolymerized polycarbonate resin including a repetitive unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a repetitive unit represented by chemical formula 2; and a flame retardant. The polycarbonate resin composition has a scratch width of 310 μm or less as measured by a Ball-type Scratch Profile (BSP) test; a pencil hardness rating of F or higher; a flame retardancy level of V-0 or higher as measured on a 2.0 mm-thick specimen according to UL94; and a transmittance of 80% or more as measured in accordance with ASTM D1003. The polycarbonate resin composition can exhibit excellent scratch resistance, flame retardancy and transparency. In chemical formula 2, R_1 and R_2 are each independently substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C6 alkyl groups, and a and b are each independently an integer from 1 to 4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polycarbonate is provided to offer the polycarbonate which improves the physical property including low temperature impact intensity, weather-resistant, and high temperature stability etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polycarbonate comprises: a step which polymerizes an aromatic series dihydroxy compound and diaryl carbonate under the presence of a first catalyst; a step which inputs an end-capping agent; a step which inputs an acid compound. The manufacturing method additionally comprises a step which inputs additives after the step which inputs the acid compound. The polymerization reaction is a fusion polymerization reaction. The end-capping agent is inputted as the amount of 100-6,000 ppm for the aromatic dihydroxy compound.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for branched polycarbonate of the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing a first raw material by mixing an aromatic dihydroxy compound, diarylcarbonate and 60-140 ppb (weight) of a catalyst with respect to the aromatic dihydroxy compound and reacting the same; a step of manufacturing a second raw material by mixing an aromatic dihydroxy compound, diarylcarbonate, a phosphorus based branching agent and 350-450 ppb (weight) of a catalyst with respect to the aromatic dihydroxy compound and reacting the same; and a step of performing melt polymerization on 100 parts by weight of the first raw material and 1-20 parts by weight of the second raw material. The branched polycarbonate manufactured by the manufacturing method has excellent thermal stability since catalyst content is low and exhibits excellent color stability and mobility.
