The present invention relates to a black photosensitive resin composition and a light blocking layer using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are a black photosensitive resin composition and a light blocking layer using the same, wherein the black photosensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent including carbon black and silver halide, a binder resin, a reactive unsaturated compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent. More specifically, the coloring agent includes the carbon black and silver halide at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:9.

The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition which comprises: (A) a coloring agent including an organic black pigment or an organic material mixed pigment representing black color by being mixed; (B) a binder resin; (C) photopolymerization monomers; (D) a photopolymerization initiator; (E) an inorganic filler; and (F) a solvent and has a transmittance of 12% or more at 950 nm wavelength and an O.D. of 2.0 or more obtained after being coated in 4 μm on a substrate and being hardened, and to a black spacer using the same.
