Abstract: The present invention relates to an injector separating device using a vibrator and more specifically, to an injector separating device using a vibrator which enables periodic preventive maintenance for preventing an injector from being stuck by carbons leaked between an engine head wall and the injector caused by the pressing pressure leaked by a malfunction of a copper washer for sealing the engine head and the injector; automatically separates the injector, which is manually separated in the past, when the stuck injector has to be replaced by a loss of the function of the stuck injector by using the vibrator generating vibration in safe and easy ways; and safely separates the injector and coupling components of the injector without damage via a vibrator control function capable of controlling the intensity of the vibrator. The injector separating device using the vibrator according to the present invention includes a screw thread on the outer circumference of the upper part and separates the injector mounted on a cylinder head. The present invention includes a first injector separation head in which a first coupling hole including an inner screw thread having a predetermined length is penetrated and where first coupling hole is screw-joined to the screw thread of the injector; and a pneumatic vibrator which is composed of a piston rod which includes a first screw unit including a screw thread for being screw-joined to the first coupling hole on the lower part and which is fixed to the first injector separation head and a cylinder body where compressed air flows into the inside in order to apply vibration to the injector and which is linearly reciprocated along the piston rod.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fluid pressure control valve for high pressure with electronic control is provided to form a switching valve with a dual structure of a surface contact type in order to improve airtightness and durability, thereby preventing problems due to defects thereof. CONSTITUTION: A fluid pressure control valve for high pressure with electronic control includes a valve housing (10), a valve seat part (20), a first valve part (30), and a second valve part (40). The valve housing connected to a common rail (A) is connected to a return line and an inlet (11) into which a fluid flows, and has an outlet (12) through which the fluid is discharged. A bore (13) inside the valve housing communicates with the inlet and the outlet. The valve seat part partitions the bore into a front space and a rear space. The fluid passes through an orifice (21) penetrating the valve seat part back and forth. The first valve part in the front space of the bore moves forward and rearward according to electronic control signals, and switches the front end of the orifice. The second valve part in the rear space of the bore is forwardly and elastically supported, moves forward and rearward according to the pressure of the fluid flowing into the orifice, and switches the rear end of the orifice. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for diagnosing the malfunction in an injector for a diesel engine is provided to maintain the performance of vehicles by determining whether or not the injector is out of order and comparing a measured flow rate with a standard flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A device for diagnosing the malfunction in an injector for a diesel engine comprises a fuel flow meter and a calculation unit. The fuel flow meter is installed in a fuel return line, and measures the fuel flow returning through the fuel return line. The calculation unit compares a measured flow rate with a standard flow rate, and determines whether or not the injector is out of order. The calculation unit sets the standard flow rate as the flow rate returning through the fuel return line. An allowable flow rate is larger than the standard flow rate. Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel pressure control valve trouble diagnosis apparatus of an electronically controlled diesel engine is provided to determine whether a fuel pressure control valve is broken or not by comprising a fuel flow meter on a fuel return line and comparing a predetermined reference flow rate value with a measured flow rate value which is measured on the fuel flow meter. CONSTITUTION: A fuel pressure control valve trouble diagnosis apparatus of an electronically controlled diesel engine includes a fuel flow meter (10) and a computing unit (20). The fuel flow meter measures the flow rate of fuel which returns through the fuel return line by being installed on a fuel return line which is connected to a fuel pressure control valve (1) of an electronically controlled diesel engine.
