Abstract: PURPOSE: A friendly human body mouse using double injection is provided to form a hard main body and a soft auxiliary injection unit by using double injection. CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) includes a floor side, bodies(120,130), and a button unit(121). The floor side is connected to a supporting side. The button unit pressurizes internal operating elements of the bodies. An auxiliary injection unit(150) is formed on a pressurization location pressurizing the button unit. The auxiliary injection unit is doubly jetted with soft synthetic resin. Unevenness is formed on a connected side of the main body for increasing coherence with the auxiliary injection unit.

Abstract: 본 발명에 따르면, 형상적응적 냉각통로 및 고열전도성 재료를 이용한 청소기용 사출금형은 상호 형합되어 적어도 하나의 캐비티를 형성하는 상, 하부 금형을 구비하며, 상기 상부금형과 하부금형중 적어도 하나는 몰드 베이스부재와, 상기 몰드 베이스부재에 조형법에 의해 형성된 열전도 매개층과, 상기 열전도 매개층에 형성되며 상기 캐비티를 이루는 성형층과, 상기 성형층과 열전도 매개층 사이에 형성되어 성형층과 열전도 매개층의 열팽창량 차이에 의해 크랙이 발생되는 것을 방지하는 완충층을 구비한다. 이 사출금형은 제조가 간단하고, 냉각수 통로를 성형층과 인접된 측에 형성할 수 있으므로 냉각효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: An injection mold for a cleaner manufactured through prototyping is provided to for a cooling water passage in the vicinity of a metallic pattern steel forming the surface of a cavity. An injection mold(10) includes upper and lower molds(20,30), upper and lower support plates(21,31), and a guide pin. The upper and lower molds are engaged with each other and have at least one cavity(11). The upper and lower molds are installed at the lower and upper portions of the upper and lower molds. The guide pin guides the engagement or the separation of the upper and lower molds. One of the upper and lower molds includes thermal conductive media.

Abstract: A highly heat conductive material having strength and hardness and a mold for laminating a various material of die steel, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent deformation of molding layers and thermal conductive medium layers by forming reinforcing members for supporting the molding layers. A highly heat conductive material having strength and hardness and a mold for laminating a various material of die steel comprises an upper mold, and a lower mold to form at least one cavity. The at least one of the upper mold and the lower mold has mold base members(22,32), thermal conductive medium layers(23,33), and molding layers(26,36) made of the die steel on the thermal conductive layers to form the cavity. The plural reinforcing members(40) are installed between the mold base members and the molding layers. The mold base members and the thermal conductive medium layers are made of copper or copper alloy. The molding layer is made of KP4M. The coefficient of thermal expansion in shock absorbing layers(25,35) is larger than the coefficient of thermal expansion in the thermal conductive medium layer, and is smaller than the coefficient of thermal expansion in the molding layers made of the die steel.
