Abstract: PURPOSE: A deformation measuring device is provided to accurately diagnose a deformation state by changing a stimulus due to vibration. CONSTITUTION: A light source unit(110) radiates laser beams. A probe unit(130) includes a probe optical fiber which output the laser beams from the light source unit to an object and a stimulus generating unit which outputs a stimulus signal to the object. A beam splitter(161) receives light and distributes light to a third path and a fourth path. A first mirror reflects the light in the third path and controls a separation distance from the beam splitter. A second mirror(173) reflects the light in the fourth path and controls an angle with the beam splitter. A first driving unit(167) controls a separation distance between the first mirror and the beam splitter. A second driving unit(177) controls an angle between the mirror and the beam splitter. An image pickup unit(181) picks up interference image outputted from the beam splitter. An analyzing unit(185) provides the interference image to diagnose the deformation of the object.

Abstract: 본 발명은 변형 상태 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 광원 유니트에서 출사된 레이저 광을 도파하여 측정대상체에 출사하는 프로브 광섬유와, 프로브 광섬유의 종단에 결합되어 측정대상체에 자극신호를 출력하는 자극생성부를 갖는 프로브유니트와, 광원유니트에서 출사되어 제1경로로 입사된 광을 프로브 광섬유로 전송하고, 측정대상체에서 반사되어 프로브 광섬유를 통해 역방향으로 진행하는 광을 제2경로로 출력하는 광분배기와, 광분배기에 제2경로를 통해 출력되는 광을 제3경로와 제4경로로 분배하는 빔스플릿터와, 제3경로를 통해 진행되는 광을 반사시키는 제1미러와, 제4경로를 통해 진행되는 광을 반사시키는 제2미러와, 제1미러의 빔스플릿터에 대해 이격간격을 조정하는 제1구동부와, 제2미러의 빔스플릿터에 대한 각도를 조정하는 제2구동부 와, 제1미러와 제2미러로부터 반사되어 빔스플릿터로부터 출력되는 간섭 이미지를 촬상하는 촬상부와, 자극생성부의 구동을 제어하며, 제1 미러의 이격간격 및 제2미러의 각도가 조정되게 제1구동부와 제2구동부를 제어하면서 촬상부에 의해 촬상된 간섭 이미지를 측정대상체의 변형상태를 진단할 수 있도록 제공하는 분석부를 구비한다. 이러한 변형 상태 측정장치에 의하면, 구조가 간단하면서도 진동에 의한 자극에 의해 변형하는 요소에 대해 전단간섭방법에 의해 변형상태를 측정할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
