Abstract: 본 발명은
쿠르쿠민과 HLB 값이 10 이상인 친수성 비이온성 계면활성제로 이루어진 고체 분산체 및 이를 포함하는 약학 조성물 또는 식품 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 고체 분산체는 쿠르쿠민의 용해도 및 용출율을 현저하게 증가시킴으로써, 높은 생체이용율을 나타낸다. 특히, 상기 고체 분산체는 pH에 따른 안정성이 현저하게 향상되어 위장관에서의 분해속도를 낮춤으로써 더욱 향상된 생체이용율을 나타낸다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 고체 분산체는 약학 조성물 및 식품 조성물에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition or food composition containing curcurmin-containing solid dispersion is provided to enhance solubility and elution rate and to improve bioavailability. CONSTITUTION: A soild dispersion contains curcurmin and hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant with 10 or more of HLB value. The weight ratio of the curcurmin and hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant is 1:1-50. The solid dispersion is prepared by dissolving curcurmin and hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant in an organic solvent, or is prepared by drying the solution. The organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, dichloromethane, acetone, acetonitrile, or chloroform. The surfactant is polyethylene glycol, hydroxyl stearate, polyethylnene glycol hydrogenated castor oil, stearoyl macrogol glyceride, polyethylene glycol, sorbitan monooleate, or polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block copolymers. A pharmaceutical composition or food composition contains the solid dispersion.
