Abstract: 본 발명은 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 기재되는 세포투과성 펩타이드 또는 변이체에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 세포막을 통과하기 어려운 거대 분자의 생물학적 활성을 가지는 물질에 결합하여 상기 물질을 세포 내 또는 생체 내로 전달하는 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열로 기재되는 세포투과성 펩타이드 또는 변이체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PLAC는 소수성을 띄는 새로운 형태의 세포투과성 펩타이드이며, 거대 분자 물질을 세포 및 물질의 손상 없이 세포 내 및 생체 내 각 장기로 운반할 수 있으므로 다양한 치료용 약물의 전달 시스템 및 약물 치료 기술에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.

Abstract: A new cell penetrating peptide is provided to transport the macromolecular material to each organ without damage of cell and material, so that it is useful for delivery system of various treatment drugs and medicine treatment. The new cell penetrating peptide or mutant has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. The method for transporting the biologically active material comprises the steps of: binding the cell penetrating peptide to the target material having biological activity to prepare the transportation complex; and injecting the transportation complex into the living body or cell.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种新的细胞穿透肽，可以将大分子物质运送到每个器官，而不损伤细胞和物质，因此可用于各种治疗药物和药物治疗的输送系统。 新的细胞穿透肽或突变体具有SEQ ID NO：1的氨基酸序列。 用于输送生物活性物质的方法包括以下步骤：将细胞穿透肽与具有生物活性的靶物质结合以制备运输复合物; 并将运输复合体注入生物体或细胞。
