Lactobacillus sakei , KFCC 11383P), 상기 균주, 이의 배양액, 상기 배양액의 농축액 및 상기 배양액의 건조물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 활성성분으로 포함하는 항균조성물, 상기 항균조성물을 포함하는 생균활성제(probiotics)에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 경우 헬리코박터 필로리를 포함한 위해 미생물에 대한 항균활성이 뛰어날 뿐만 아니라, 산성 환경 및 장내환경에서 생존 가능하여 생균활성제로서 사용이 가능하므로 다양한 산업분야에 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: A Lactobacillus sakei SN31 is provided to show high resistance against acidic condition, artificial gastric juice and artificial bile, have the antibacterial activity against various microorganisms including Helicobacter pylori and inhibit a cancer cell line without influencing on growth of normal cell lines, thereby being utilized as a probiotics and various foods and medicines related to prevention of cancer. A Lactobacillus sakei strain isolated from kimchi and having the urease inhibitory activity of Helicobacter pylori is deposited as a deposition no. KFCC 11383P, wherein the Lactobacillus sakei strain is at least one strain selected from the group consisting of Helicobacter pylori, Bacillus subtilis, Listeria monocytogenes, Curtobacterium sp., Pseudomonas aeruginosasp, Escherichia coli O-157, Salmonella typhimurium, Streptococcus faecalis, Streptococcus mutans, Micrococcus luteus and Staphylococcus aureus. An antibacterial composition comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of the strain, a culture broth of the strain, a concentrate of the culture broth and a dried material of the culture broth. A probiotics comprises the antibacterial composition. A food or a personal care product comprises the strain.
