    Abstract: A method and a kit for detecting an anti-cancer drug resistant gene are provided to detect various resistant genes through multiplex PCR using 5 primer sets capable of detecting 5 or 4 anti-cancer drug resistant gene simultaneously. A detection kit of an anti-cancer drug resistant gene using multiplex PCR is characterized in that it amplifies at least one gene set selected from the group consisting of: a gene set consisting of CFTR(cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator), ATP7B(Cupper transporting P-type ATPaseB), MVP(major vault protein), ABCC1(Multidrug Resistance Protein 1) and ABCG2[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family G(WHITE), member 2]; a gene set consisting of GAPD(glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase), SLC28A1[solute carrier family 28(sodium-coupled nucleoside transporter), member 1], SLC9A1(Sodium/Hydrogen Exchanger 1) and ABCC11[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C(CFTR/MRP), member 11]; a gene set consisting of ABCC6(ATP-binding cassette subfamily C member 6), ABCG1(ATP binding cassette transporter G1), ABCB4[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B(MDR/TAP), member 4], ABCC4[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C(CFTR/MRP), member 4] and SLC1A1[solute carrier family 31(copper transporters), member 1]; a gene set consisting of ABCC2[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C(CFTR/MRP), member 2], ABCC5[ATP-binding cassette, subfamily C(CFTR/MRP), member 5], ABCC10[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C(CFTR/MRP), member 10] and ABCC3[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family C(CFTR/MRP), member 3]; and a gene set consisting of SLC28A2[solute carrier family 28(sodium-coupled nucleoside transporter), member 2], ABCA2[solute carrier family 28(sodium-coupled nucleoside transporter), member 2], SLC29A2[solute carrier family 29(nucleoside transporters), member 2], ABCB1[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B(MDR/TAP), member 1] and ABCA3[ATP-binding cassette, sub-family A(ABC1), member 3]. A method for detecting the anti-cancer drug resistant gene using multiplex PCR comprises a step of amplifying at least one set selected from the group consisting of: a set 1 consisting of a primer described as SEQ ID : NOs. 1 to 10; a set 2 consisting of a primer described as SEQ ID : NOs. 11 to 18; a set 3 consisting of a primer described as SEQ ID : NOs. 19 to 28; a set 4 consisting of a primer described as SEQ ID : NOs. 29 to 36; and a set 5 consisting of a primer described as SEQ ID : NOs. 37 to 46.
