Abstract: An active promotion agent of an anti-cancer drug is provided to prevent an activity of a P-glycoprotein by using a 7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavone, to promote an oral bioavailability and a susceptibility of a paclitaxel by controlling a movement of the paclitaxel and to have a low toxicity. An active promotion agent of an anti-cancer drug comprises a 7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavone or a pharmaceutically allowed salt thereof as an active ingredient. The 7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavone suppresses a P-glycoprotein.
