Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for detecting defects of a pressure container is provided to photograph variations on a surface of a pressure container caused by a heating body in the inside of the pressure container as thermal images and displays the same, thereby precisely inspecting the pressure container after cooling a surface of a pressure container in order to have a uniform temperature distribution. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting defects of a pressure container comprises a pressure container(100), a cooling unit, a photographing unit(300), a display unit(400), and a controlling unit(500). A heating body having thermal energy is embedded or moved in the inside of an accommodation unit of the pressure container. The pressure container is heated by the thermal energy of the heating body. The cooling unit jets a cooling gas on a surface of the pressure container, thereby cooling the surface of the pressure container. The photographing unit photographs variations on the surface temperature of the pressure container as thermal images. The displaying unit the thermal images photographed by the photographing unit. The controlling unit controls the operation of the cooling unit and photographing unit.

Abstract: 본 발명은 압력용기의 결함 검출장치에 관한 것으로서, 열에너지를 갖는 열원체가 내장 또는 이동될 수 있게 수용공간이 마련되고 열원체의 열에너지에 의해 가열되는 압력용기와, 열원체에 의해 가열된 압력용기의 표면에 냉각가스를 분사하여 압력용기의 표면을 냉각시키는 냉각부와, 냉각부에 의해 냉각된 이후 열원체에 의해 점차적으로 가열되는 압력용기의 표면온도변화를 열 화상으로 촬영하는 촬영부와, 촬영부에서 촬영된 열 화상을 디스플레이하는 표시부와, 냉각부의 구동을 제어하고 촬영부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 구비한다.
본 발명에 따른 압력용기의 결함 검출장치에 의하면, 압력용기의 표면을 균일한 온도 분포를 갖도록 냉각시킨 후 재가열되는 압력용기의 표면 온도변화를 열 화상으로 촬영하고 표시함으로써 압력용기의 정밀한 검사를 가능케 한다.
