Abstract: A methoxyimino compound is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial effect to various plants, and excellent bactericidal activity even in the low concentration. A methoxyimino compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. A method for manufacturing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 3 in the presence of base to prepare a methoxyimino ester compound of chemical formula 3.
