Abstract: A methoxyimino compound is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial effect to various plants, and excellent bactericidal activity even in the low concentration. A methoxyimino compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. A method for manufacturing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 3 in the presence of base to prepare a methoxyimino ester compound of chemical formula 3. In chemical formulas, A is O or O-N= C (CH3); R^1 is H, or C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 alkyl substituted with halogen; X and X' are independently halogen; and A' is OH or C (CH3) =NOH.

In the chemical formula 1, A is non-substituted, or is fluorophenylvinyl, cyanofluorophenyl or chlorobenzoxazolene substituted with at least one of CF3, halogen or C1-4 alkyl; D is non-substituted, or fluorophenyl, benzoxazole, benzothiazolyl, benzimidazolyl, pyrazolyl, pyridinyl, pyrazinyl or thiazolyl substituted with at least one of halogen, C1-4 alkyl or C1-4 alkoxy group, wherein D is not fluorophenyl in case that A is the chlorobenzoxazolene; and R1 is H or C1-4 alkyl.
