    Abstract: The present invention is provided to effectively cancel only interference signals by not using an auto-correlation canceler or a digital filter, but by using a normalizer to cancel unnecessary noise signals generated by narrowband signals; and to enable the design of an ICS repeater for LTE wireless networks which requires a short system time delay. In a device to cancel interference of an ICS repeater using a normalizer, which outputs an error signal (e(n)) of which the interference signal is canceled by subtracting a predicted feedback signal (y′(n)) in an ICS engine unit from an original signal (d(n)) inputted through a reception antenna through a subtractor, the ICS engine unit comprises: a time delay unit to generate a reference signal (x(n)) which delays the error signal (e(n)) outputted through the subtractor; a normalizer to generate a new reference signal (x′(n)) by normalizing the characteristics of the narrowband signals of the reference signal (x(n)) outputted from the time delay unit; a coefficient generation unit to calculate an interference signal prediction coefficient (w(n)) by calculating correlation between the new reference signal outputted from the normalizer and error signal; and an FIR filter to generate a predicted feedback signal (y′(n)) by performing convolution between the reference signal from the time delay unit and prediction coefficient from the coefficient generation unit, and inputting the predicted feedback signal into the subtractor.
