Abstract: The present invention relates to a tool for emergency escape at the time of a car accident which can release a safety device when it is impossible that a passenger escapes from a car because the safety device for protecting the passenger in safety is out of order due to the accident. The tool for emergency escape which enables a passenger to eject from the car by cutting a safety belt when the safety belt is not released due to a malfunction of the safety belt at the time of a car accident comprises: a safety belt cutting part having a safety belt insertion groove which is formed in a U-shape at one end of a rectangular body and formed at an angle of 45 degrees to freely move according to the trace of the arm when pulling power is applied to the arm and cutting blades which are mounted in the safety belt insertion groove and opposed to each other and of which parts adjacent to an opened side of the safety belt insertion groove have an interval corresponding to the thickness of a safety belt but which get closer to each other toward the inner side of the safety belt insertion groove so as to form a V shape; a window striking part protruding from the side opposed to the safety belt cutting part and having a striking member; and a gripping part which is formed between the safety belt cutting part and the window striking part to allow the passenger to grasp it with the hand and which has a hole formed at the center to enable the passenger to insert the thumb and a grip part formed at the side to enable the passenger to put the fingers except the thumb thereon.
