Abstract:
PURPOSE: A liquid phase fluosilicate additive is provided, which can increase watertightness of concrete by reducing water permeability and reduce cracks by reducing heat of hydration. A process for producing the liquid phase fluosilicate additive is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The liquid phase fluosilicate additive is produced by the process comprising the steps of: dissolving 10-60wt% of liquid phase silica fluoride in 30-80wt% of water and hydrolyzing a fluosilicate ion dissociated from the silica fluoride to produce a fluorine ion and a colloidal silica; injecting 1.3-15wt% of a divalent metal salt group and reacting divalent metal ions, dissociated from the divalent metal salt group, with the fluosilicate ion to produce fluosilicate; adding 0.5-3wt% of an aromatic polymer condensate. The divalent metal salt group comprises 0.1-5wt% of a magnesium metal salt and 1.2-10wt% of a zinc metal salt. And the produced fluosilicate additive contains 5-30wt% of the fluosilicate, 2-20wt% of the net type colloidal silica, and 50-93wt% of the water.

본발명은콘크리트구조물의표면침투형표면보호재의제조방법에관한것으로서, 물 70 내지 80 중량부, 유화안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 유화제 0.5 내지 3 중량부및 카보머 10 내지 20 중량부를혼합하여제1 용액을제조하는단계, 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트를포함하는실란혼합물 80 내지 90 중량부, 불소실란 0.5 내지 2 중량부및 유화제 0.5 내지 3 중량부를혼합하여제2 용액을제조하는단계, 상기제1 용액 60 내지 70 중량부및 상기제2 용액 30 내지 40 중량부를혼합하여제3 용액을제조하는단계, 물 10 내지 20 중량부, 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트를포함하는실란혼합물 80 내지 90 중량부및 촉매 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부를혼합하여제4 용액을제조하는단계, 상기제3 용액 80 내지 90 중량부및 제4 용액 5 내지 10 중량부를혼합하여표면보호재를제조하는단계를포함하는것을특징으로한다.

본 발명은 개질 셀룰로오스계 1차 탄화물을 함유하는 친환경 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 바닥 시공용 모르타르의 물성을 유지하면서도 실내 유해가스를 제거할 수 있는 친환경 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 친환경 모르타르 조성물은 기존의 바닥재용 모르타르 조성물의 슬럼프-플로우, 응결시간, 압축강도와 같은 기초 물성을 만족하면서도 톨루엔, 암모니아, 포름알데히드와 같은 유해 가스를 효과적으로 제거하는 우수한 효과를 갖는다.

PURPOSE: A binary silicofluoride solution, as an additive, comprising zinc silicofluoride and magnesium silicofluoride is provided to improve waterproofness and strength of concrete. CONSTITUTION: The liquid additive, silicofluoride solution(5-30%(w/w)), comprises 50-90wt.% of zinc silicofluoride(Zn(SiF6)) as a main material and 10-50wt.% of magnesium silicofluoride(Mg(SiF6)) as an auxiliary material, where the Zn-source is one compound selected from ZnO, ZnCO3, ZnSO4 and Zn(OH)2, and Mg-source is one compound selected from MgCO3, MgSO4 and Mg(OH)2. The binary silicofluoride solution is prepared by adding MgCO3 to H2SiF6(25%), adding ZnO, stirring for 1hr. and diluting with water to get 5-30%(w/w) of concentration. The prepared liquid additive of 1-3wt.%(based on the cement) is added to cement in mixing.

본 발명은 카르복실계 친환경 복합화합물 및 규불화염-실리카-알루미나 복합체를 이용한 콘크리트용 수축저감 조성물에 관한 것으로, 방향족 화합물의 제조공정에서 발생하는 부산물로부터 얻어진 카르복실계 복합화합물 및 규불화염-실리카-알루미나 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 콘크리트용 수축저감 조성물을 사용함으로써 환경적으로 유해한 중금속은 물론 유해 유기물이 검출되지 않으며, 친환경적인 소재를 사용함과 동시에 규불화염의 함량을 감소시키면서도 종래의 수축저감 조성물과 동등 또는 그 이상의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly mortar composition is provided to remove indoor harmful gas while satisfying base physical properties of the mortar composition for floors. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly mortar composition comprises 0.1-5 parts by weight of modified cellulose based primary carbide and 10-30 parts by weight of mixed solution based on 100 parts by weight of dried mortar which includes 10-50 weight% of cement and 50-90% of sand. A manufacturing method of the modified cellulose based primary carbide comprises the following steps: activating by adding the hydroxide solution to the cellulose-based primary carbide; and reacting the activated cellulose-based primary carbide with one of including fluorine, oxygen or a mixed gas of oxygen and fluorine. The concentration of the hydroxide solution is 2-8M. The activation process is performed at 700-900 deg. Celsius at a ramp-up rate of 5-10 deg. Celsius/min for 0.5-4 hours. If the activated cellulose-based primary carbide is reacted with fluorine or oxygen, the pressure of fluorine or oxygen is respectively 0.0102bar.
