CONSTITUTION: A concentric slave cylinder assembly for a vehicle comprises a body assembly(1) consisting of a body(110), a tube guide(130), a quad ring(120), an annular protect flange(140) and a shaft oil seal(150), a piston assembly consisting of a cylindrical piston(210), a rubber cup(220), a guide ring(230) and a scrapper ring(240), a bearing(3) combined to the outer portion of the piston and formed in the planar structure orthogonal to the shaft of the piston, a stop ring installed on the circumference of the front end of the piston to prevent the departure of the bearing, an elastic washer installed between the stop ring and the front end face of an inner race(310) of the bearing, a silicone boot(6) installed outside the piston assembly, a rear cover ring(7) installed on the rear inner face of the boot, a piston stopper(8) installed in the front end of the tube guide to restrain the forward movement of the piston, and a return spring(9) to return the piston when hydraulic pressure is released.

Abstract: 본 발명은 유압에 의해 실린더를 따라 로딩되면서 릴리스 포크를 동작시켜주는 클러치 릴리즈 실린더 내에 설치되는 피스톤에 관한 것이다.
특히, 피스톤을 알루미늄에서 합성수지로 변경함과 아울러 피스톤을 리턴 스프링을 지지하는 부분과 그 나머지 부분으로 나누어 결합구조를 개선하므로써, 금형의 설계 및 제작시 컵 설치면에 해당하는 금형 부분에 파팅라인이 생기지 않도록 하여 릴리즈 실린더에서의 오일 누설 및 액압 저하를 효과적으로 방지함과 더불어, 스프링의 장력에 대한 대항력이 향상되도록 한 것이다.
이를 위한 본 발명은 피스톤을 피스톤 몸체와, 리턴 스프링이 지지되는 리턴 스프링 지지부로 분리하고, 이 들을 결합수단에 의해 일체화 한 것이다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Piston structure of a clutch release cylinder for a vehicle is provided to prevent oil leakage and lowering of hydraulic pressure in the release cylinder by restricting a parting line in a mold with making a piston of synthetic resin, and to improve strength against tension of a spring by modifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A piston is supported elastically by a return spring(42) in a cylinder, and divided into a piston body(41a) and a return spring supporting part(43). The spring supporting part and the piston body are manufactured individually, and combined integrally by an assembling unit. The assembling unit consists of an assembling protrusion(44) formed in the inner periphery of the spring supporting part, and an assembling groove(45) formed in the outer periphery of the piston body. The piston body is combined with the spring supporting part by inserting the assembling protrusion to the assembling groove, and by pressing elastic grooves(41c) with the inner periphery of the spring supporting part. The parting line of a mold is eliminated, and burr is not formed in the cup installation surface of the piston body with manufacturing the spring supporting part and the piston body individually. Oil leakage, lowering of hydraulic pressure and the breakage of the piston are prevented with improving the strength against tension of the spring by modifying the structure.
