Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch cover assembly including a steel clip is provided to increase the minimum load applied to a release bearing in order to compensate hump by mounting the steel clip to a clutch cover. CONSTITUTION: A clutch cover assembly includes a clutch cover, a pressurizing plate, a diaphragm spring(230), and a steel clip. The clutch cover is combined with a flywheel and is integratedly rotated with the flywheel. The pressurizing plate adjacently arranges the clutch disk to the flywheel. The diaphragm spring is composed of a plurality of cantilevers and a rim. The diaphragm spring releases the pressure of the pressurizing plate. The steel clip increases the minimum load applied to a release bearing when a pressure is applied to the diaphragm spring.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch disc for a vehicle is provided to remove the need of a stopper pin by integrating a sub plate and a disc plate in a cushion plate. CONSTITUTION: A clutch disc for a vehicle comprises a sub plate(42), a disc plate(43), and dampers(41). The outer end of the disc plate and the outer end of the sub plate are overlapped with a cushion plate(45) and joined by rivets. The joined sub plate and disc plate includes damper holes in the circumferential direction. The dampers are installed in pair in each damper hole and transfer the torque of the disc plate and sub plate to a hub plate. The hub plate comprises an outer hub plate(31) and an inner hub plate(32).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch disk is provided to form comfortable riding of a vehicle by a damping tool installed between a disc plate and a hub. CONSTITUTION: A clutch disk comprises a disk plate, a hub(5), an inner hub plate(7), a first torsional spring(9), a cover plate, a second torsional spring(13) and a pre-damper plate(17). The disk plate comprises a facing. The hub is rotatably installed at the disc plate. The inner hub plate is connected to the outside of the hub rotatably with the hub within the limited range.
