Abstract: An anti-cancer composition containing DEK proteins or nucleic acid coding the DEK proteins is provided to induce apoptosis and inhibit dysplasia of cancer cells by overexpressing DEK to increase caspase-dependent apoptosis. An anti-cancer composition for inducing apoptosis comprises DEK proteins having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 or nucleic acid for coding DEK protein having base sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. A transformed drosophila is prepared to overexpress the DEK proteins. The transformed drosophila is obtained by a pUAS-hDEK recombinant vector containing the nucleic acid for coding the DEK proteins. The anti-cancer composition containing the DEK proteins or the nucleic acid coding the DEK proteins is used for treating or preventing cancer.

Abstract translation: 提供含有DEK蛋白或编码DEK蛋白的核酸的抗癌组合物以通过过表达DEK诱导细胞凋亡和抑制癌细胞发育异常增加胱天蛋白酶依赖性细胞凋亡。 用于诱导凋亡的抗癌组合物包含具有SEQ ID NO：2的氨基酸序列的DEK蛋白或用于编码具有SEQ ID NO：1的碱基序列的DEK蛋白的核酸。 一种转化的果蝇准备过表达DEK蛋白。 转化的果蝇由含有用于编码DEK蛋白的核酸的pUAS-hDEK重组载体获得。 含有DEK蛋白的抗癌组合物或编码DEK蛋白的核酸用于治疗或预防癌症。
