Abstract: PURPOSE: A low contamination high speed pickling method is provided which is capable of pickling the hot rolled steel sheet with a pickling solution containing low concentrated hydrochloric acid or low concentrated sodium chloride at a low temperature for a short period of time by passing a hot rolled steel sheet through electrochemical treatment process. CONSTITUTION: In pickling a hot rolled steel sheet onto the oxide scale of which cracking is mechanically applied, the low contamination high speed pickling method comprises the processes of charging the steel sheet into an electrolytic cell which is filled up with an HCl solution having a concentration of 0.5 to 5%; and pickling the steel sheet by applying a cathode to the electrolytic cell and impressing a current density of 0.2 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 to the steel sheet at a solution temperature ranging from the room temperature to 80 deg.C for 40 seconds or less, wherein a current density of 0.6 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 is impressed at a solution temperature of 50 to 80 deg.C in case that the concentration of HCl is 0.5%, a current density of 0.2 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 is impressed at a solution temperature of 50 to 80 deg.C in case that the concentration of HCl is 1%, a current density of 0.2 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 is impressed at a solution temperature of 30 to 80 deg.C in case that the concentration of HCl is 2 to 5%, and a mixed pickling solution in which the above HCl is mixed with NaCl having a concentration of 2 to 10% is used as a pickling solution.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrolytic pickling device is provided which improves efficiency of work in removing an oxide coating film by having a simple structure so that the oxide coating film remained on the surface of a sample is treated promptly, accurately and easily. CONSTITUTION: The electrolytic pickling device is characterized in that a sample mount(4) to which a sample(3) is fixed is installed at the upper part of an insulation plate(2); cylindrical or disk shaped fixing members(5,6) are consecutively installed at the lower part of the sample mount(4) so that they are coupled and fixed by a coupling nut(8) with a control handle(7) interposed between the fixing members(5,6) and the coupling nut(8); an insulation guide block(10) in which an O-ring(9) is installed and a tapered tube(11) which is inserted at the center of the insulation guide block(10) are formed at the upper side of the insulation plate(2) to which the sample(3) is fixed through the sample mount(4); an aluminum block and an acryl tube(14) are consecutively equipped at the upper side of the tapered tube(11), wherein a nozzle(13) controlling flow of a pickling solution so that the sample(3) is easily pickled is installed at the acryl tube(14); an electrode(19) supported to the lower side of a block(18) is inserted into the acryl tube(14); an aluminum support plate(20) is positioned at the upper side of the block(18) so that the aluminum support plate(20) is integrally coupled to the insulation plate(2) by a coupling bolt and a wing nut(22); and bushes(15) are installed at each corner parts of the upper side of the insulation plate(2) so that an aluminum block is installed on the bushes(15), and the sample(3) is positioned in the aluminum block.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A neutral electrolytic pickling method using brine is provided to prevent acidic wastewater and corrosion of a pickling facility generated in conventional pickling process by electrolytically pickling a hot rolled strip in neutral brine. CONSTITUTION: In a method for pickling a hot rolled strip, the neutral electrolytic pickling method using brine comprises the process of performing electrolytic pickling by dipping the hot rolled strip into the brine having a temperature ranging from 35 to 65 deg.C and a concentration ranging from 3.5 to 10% and impressing electric current to the hot rolled strip within the current density range of 1.2 to 2.0 Å/cm¬2 at a duty cycle of 60% or less.

Abstract: 본 발명은, 강(鋼)의 산화물 피막의 제거시, 이를 손쉽고 용이하게 제거할수 있도록한 전해 산세장치에 관한 것으로 그 기술적인 구성은, 전해 산세장치(1)의 절연판(2) 상측으로 시편(3)이 고정되는 시편 지지대(4)가 입설되며, 상기 시편 지지대(4) 하측에는 원통 및 원판상의 고정자(5)(6)가 연설되어 조절 손잡이(7)가 설치되고, 상기 시편(3)이 시편 지지대(4)를 통해 고정되는 절연판(2) 상측에는 절연 가이드 블록(10)과 그 중앙으로 테이퍼관(11)이 내삽되고, 그 상측에 노즐(13)이 설치된 아크릴관(14)이 착설토록 되며, 상기 절연판(2)의 상측 각 모서리부에는 부쉬(15)를 개재하여 ㄷ자 형상의 알루미늄 블록(16)이 설치되어 그 내부에 시편(3)이 위치되며, 상기 아크릴관(14) 내부에는 블록(18) 하측으로 지지되는 전극(19)이 내삽토록 설치되는 것을 요지로 한다.
이에따라서, 시편 표면의 산화물 피막의 제거시, 이를 손쉽고 용이하게 제거할수 있도록 하며, 시편의 표면에 잔존하는 산화물 피막을 전해 산세장치의 간단한 구조에 의해 신속, 정확하고 취급이 용이하게 처리토록 하여 산화물 피막 제거작업의 능률을 향상시킬수 있는 것이다.-

Abstract: 본 발명은 저공해 고속 산세 방법에 관한 것으로,
기계적으로 산화스케일에 균열을 가한 열연 강판을 산세하는데 있어서,
상기 강판을 0.5-5%농도의 HCl 용액 또는 2-10% 농도의 NaCl과의 혼합 산세액을 채운 전해조에 장입하는 단계; 및
상기 전해조에서 음극에 걸고 실온∼80℃의 온도에서 최대 40초동안 전류 밀도 0.2-1.0A/㎠를 걸어 산세시키는 단계;를 포함하는 저공해 고속 산세 방법이 제공된다.
상기한 바에 따르면, 저농도의 HCl용액 또는 저농도의 NaCl과의 혼합 산세액내에서 실온-80℃ 범위내의 적절한 작업 온도하에, 0.2-1.0A/㎠의 전류 밀도를 인가하는 경우 품질 특성이 우수하면서도, 산세 시간을 40초 이하의 단시간으로 단축할 수 있다.-
