Abstract: 본 발명은 참당귀에서 분리된 (+)-데쿠르시놀(decursinol)의 구조이성체인 (8s)-8-하이드록시-7,7-디메틸-8,9-디하이드로피라노 [2,3-g] 쿠마린((8s)-8-hydroxy-7,7-dimethyl-8,9-dihydropyrano [2,3-g] coumarin)과 (6s)-6-하이드록시-7,7-디메틸-5,6-디하이드로피라노[3,2-f]쿠마린((6s)-6-hydroxy-7,7-dimethyl-5,6-dihydropyrano[3,2-f]coumarin)을 제조 및 합성한 후 이를 다시 전구체로 한 신규 구조의 (+)-데쿠르신-구조이성체 합성 유도체 화합물들은 EoL-1 세포에서 진드기에 의해 유도된 아토피성 피부염증 반응을 나타내는 MCP-1, IL-6 및 IL-8의 분비량을 효과적으로 억제함을 확인함으로써, 이를 포함하는 조성물은 아토피성 피부염 질환의 예방 및 치료를 위한 약학 조성물 및 건강기능식품으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A (+)-decursin-structural isomer synthetic derivative compound of novel structure is provided to suppress MCP-1, IL-16 and IL-18 secretion and to treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A (+)-decursin-structural isomer synthetic derivative compound of novel structure is denoted by general formula I or II. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis contains (+)-decursin-structural isomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. A health food for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis contains the (+)-decursin-structural isomer synthetic derivative compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The health food is used in the form of powder, granule, tablet, capsule or beverage.
