    Abstract: Provided is an Wilkinson power dividing and combining device comprising: an input port member which inputs at least one high frequency signal; two or more first and second output port members which divide and output the high frequency signal inputted to the input port; a resistor which is connected between the first output port member and the second output port member to perform a resistance action; and stub members which are mounted in pads formed in both ends of the resistor to have an inductor function of removing parasitic capacitance generated in both ends of the resistor. The Wilkinson power dividing and combining device of the present invention comprises a short stub with the inductor function in the pads in both ends of the resistor, and removes the parasitic capacitance generated in both ends of the resistor when dividing power. As the device can remove increased parasitic capacitance even if the device is used in a high frequency, a power dividing and combining device with excellent performance can be manufactured even in case of using big resistance, thereby remarkably improving use efficiency of the power dividing and combining device.
