The present invention provides a graft copolymer comprising: a polyolefin-based main chain, which is the block copolymer of ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated diene; and a styrene-based polymer graft chain branching from the non-conjugated diene block of the main chain. The graft copolymer is represented by Chemical Formula 1 wherein R1 is a C1-C20 straight-chain or branched alkyl group; R2 is a C5-C20 straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group; R3 is H or a C1-C10 straight-chain or branched alkyl group; and l,m,n and o are each independently integers from 10 to 10,000.
